July Favourites

I haven’t done one of these favourites posts in a while so I thought to kick off August, we would dive straight into one! July was a busy month for me. I would go to work, create content (when I wasn’t too tired) and then try and sort my life out. This month has been a bit stressful but I am committed to making August even better. I have so much planned for you guys! Anyway, let’s get on with the post!

I’ve talked about this ProCoal Face Scrub on my blog before but recently it has been at the forefront of my skincare routine. I love the way it cleans and detoxifies my skin. It makes my skin feel so soft and clean. I love charcoal scrubs and this this is one of the best I’ve tried so far.

This brush has come up on my blog so many times and it is the SoEco Contour brush. It is so soft and even after nearly 2 years, it is still intact and still as soft as when I received it. I love to contour with this. I also sometimes use this to pack powder under my eyes because it is a firm brush that keeps it’s shape.

Next is the Revolution Fast Base Stick Foundation. If you know me, I will choose liquid foundation any day but a few months I gave this a try. I didn’t really like it but this month and especially as I’m working a lot, I was picking up this a lot more. It isn’t as heavy as the liquid foundation and it gave a healthy and natural coverage. For under £10, it is a good foundation and blends out so beautifully with a wet sponge.

This palette is so easy to take on the go and I love the colour story of the whole palette. The reds and yellows are pigmented and although they take a bit of building up to get that pigment, you get there after a few applications. I love the shimmer shades as they’re subtle but not invisible. I’ve really loved creating simple looks with palette.

I came across this brow cushion from Revolution and as I have been trying out different brow products, I decided to go for it. I like the way it applies and although it is a little light for me, it fills in the gaps in my brows I want to fill. I think this was in the sale so definitely snatch it up if you can!

Next is this lip balm. I got this in the May Unipocket and I use it everyday! It is watermelon scented and its one of my favourite scents so no wonder I love it. It is so moisturising and keep my lips from being dry all day. I think these are really cheap and if you love watermelon then this is a match made in heaven.

Last but not least is this bodysuit from ASOS. I found it in the sale and when it arrived, I wasn’t too sure. When I was taking this photo, I actually felt pretty for the first time in a while. I love who I am but sometimes my clothes don’t reflect that for me personally. With this on, I felt like a boss ass bitch and honestly, bodysuits in general do that for me. My stomach is one of the things I dislike about myself so looking at these photos makes me smile.
